KZ Community Center

This community center is planned in Barsha Park. Functionally the client requires a Public hall, culture school, coffee shop and convenience store. In terms of design, a timber structure is used to have a natural warm feeling in the facility. Our concept is to allocate the functions to three independent volumes placed on a huge wooden deck, and to cover them with one gigantic wooden-like structure inspired by Japanese traditional method. This structure would identify the facility, connect each activity and cast.
