KSA House

The house was designed to accommodate the client's requirements in the most efficient and inviting way. Accessibility and navigation between the rooms was an important feature to the client. For this reason, the layout of the living room, dining room and majlis allows for great movability between each other. The spaces also open up to create one large space. A significant design element used in this project are the louvers that wrap around the first floor. These were done to provide privacy to the client while maintaining a sense of transparency and decrease the bulk of solid walls. Another interesting element is the abstract barrier created by the clever landscaping to provide the house residents privacy from the service block and garage.
